Prenuptial Agreements

Of course no one is thinking about a divorce when they get married. However, since unfortunately about half of all marriages end in divorce, considering a prenuptial agreement is a great idea. Prenuptial agreement is an agreement between two spouses-to-be that establishes each party's property and financial rights in case of a divorce. It is extremely important that a prenuptial agreement (also called a premarital agreement) be drafted very carefully so that if there is a divorce and one of the spouses wants to challenge the agreement, there will be no room for any challenge.
